Tickets will be available online or by phone at 216-421-7350. Should you purchase tickets online, once the queue opens at 9:00 a.m., you will be given a randomized place in line. There will be no on-site ticket sales.

Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Ticket holders must present their government-issued ID card at the time of entry. CMA members must also provide their valid membership card. Membership must be active through the date of the ticket.

What is a timed ticket?

All tickets are timed, which ensures entry to the exhibition at a reserved date and time. Timed tickets are required due to the popularity of the artist and the nature of the exhibition, which features eight immersive experiences, including one exclusive to the CMA. You enter seven of the rooms and peek into one room. We recommend arriving early to ensure you are ready to enter the ticketing line at the appointed time on your ticket. Due to the popularity of the exhibition, latecomers may not be able to be accommodated.

Where can I park?

Parking is available in the museum’s attached garage, as well as at the garages and meters around University Circle. Due to the popularity of the exhibition, visitors are encouraged to arrive at least 20 minutes early, as on-site parking is not guaranteed.

How do I change the time on my ticket?

We are unable to accommodate requests for time or date changes.

Are tickets transferable?

Tickets are nontransferable, nonrefundable, and cannot be resold. Unauthorized duplication or sale of a ticket may prevent admittance. Ticket holders must present a government-issued ID card at the time of entry. CMA members must also provide their valid membership card.

Can I purchase a ticket on site?

There will be no on-site ticket sales. Please purchase tickets online or by phone at 216-421-7350.

Do children require timed tickets?

All visitors require a timed ticket. Children 5 and under are admitted free, but they will still need a ticket to enter; this includes carried children or children in carriers. Due to the nature of the exhibition, one adult must be present for every two children attending it. Timed tickets help account for the time necessary to enter the gallery and go through the exhibition. Please keep in mind that the exhibition contains some mature content.

When should I arrive?

Plan to enter the line in the museum’s atrium 10 to 15 minutes before the time on your ticket. We advise you to anticipate delays due to local traffic and limited parking.

Can I come earlier than my reserved time?

Arriving early will not speed up your entry into the exhibition. You will be promptly admitted into the exhibition at the time indicated on your ticket. While you wait, enjoy the museum’s free exhibitions and free permanent collection galleries.

Is my ticket valid all day? Am I able to leave and return?

There is no reentry, so be sure to eat and use the restroom before your entry time.

What if I’m late or miss my ticketed entry time?

Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the time on your ticket, we cannot guarantee entry. We will attempt to admit you at the next available time slot that day, but late entry is not guaranteed.

The majority of this exhibition is accessible. Two Infinity Mirror Rooms: Love Forever and Where the Lights in My Heart Go are not accessible to those in wheelchairs due to the dimensions and height of the entry point. Standard wheelchairs can enter and exit the rest of the Infinity Mirror Rooms one at a time. However, due to the rooms’ size restrictions, wheelchairs cannot turn around once inside them and must back out to exit. The room sizes vary, with the narrowest entry point being 30 inches (77 cm) wide.
